PHD has named Vincent Rebeix as its first Global Chief Operating Officer, charged with driving the development of future-fit products, processes and customized client operating models. Speaking exclusively to Campaign, PHD CEO Guy Marks explained how the client facing role will enable PHD to take a more predictive approach to setting clients up for success. Rebeix joins PHD following two decades with Group M, where he most recently served as Global Chief Product Officer for EssenceMediacom, leading the development and delivery of client solutions across the network, including analytics, performance marketing and AI. Commenting on his new role, Rebeix said,
